Our lives right now could be a science fiction plot. As we walk down streets and into shops, masked figures pull along their inner concerns like psychological shopping carts.

It’s hard learning to cope with the background noise of Covid -19. It’s a world war with a microscopic airborne enemy as the aggressor. New rules, headlines of doom, the constant flow of unsettling information and uncertainty. Fears for those who are close to us.
The pandemic has caused upheaval to daily life in a way not seen since the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918. For many this has been the most challenging time of our lives.
In this ‘new normal’ we must remember there are some positives. There are and always will be rays of light breaking through these darkened skies. The pandemic has reiterated what is of true importance to us. Be it our families, our friends, the way we work.

How we want to live and the changes needed to give us true meaning are now more important than ever.
Career goals and life goals have been reshaped or remoulded completely. It is a time to reflect, take a long deep breath and start looking to our futures. It is a time to re-assess and to rebuild.
