Claire Kobylecka
COACH AND FOUNDER
Claire has worked as a financial services coach, trainer and supervisor for over 20 years. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and has a degree in Education and Professional Development. She is also a Chartered Financial Planner. Claire has three young children and eleven pet animals which keep her busy when she's not coaching and training.
Alwyn Tomlinson
COACH AND FOUNDER
Alwyn has worked within financial services for over 20 years and held a number of senior management positions. She has a BA in Training & Development and a PGDip in Coaching Supervision from Leeds Metropolitan University and is a member of the EMCC. Alwyn has extensive coaching and mentoring  experience providing individuals at all levels with support, actionable insight and personal growth.
Jim Fleming
ASSOCIATE T&C SUPERVISOR
After successfully running his own business, including training and coaching to develop his employees, Jim has worked in Financial Services since 1999. The majority of that time has been spent training, supporting and coaching advisors for High Street Financial Institutions. Jim gains great satisfaction seeing the impact on those he works with, when achieving their goals.
Steve Milverton
ASSOCIATE T&C SUPERVISOR
Steve has worked in the Financial Services sector for 32 years, with 20 years in the compliance area. During this time he has worked with some large institutions and has trained, developed and mentored countless Financial Professionals. He has helped both experienced individuals and those new to the Financial Services industry. Steve enjoys helping individuals achieve and maintain their goals.
