Service Description

Give your new starter the best possible support with a structured coaching / mentoring package. Employees will benefit from 1-2-1 coaching alongside structured training sessions. 2 career coaching sessions per month plus the following training sessions designed to help every new starter:- • Networking skills – building confidence to good working relationships, Builds awareness of the inter dependencies within the organisation to work leaner and maximise productivity • Time and task management- how to organise and be effective with your diary and task management - prioritising and producing valued and quality outputs. • Being more effective in meetings – finding a voice, contributing and influencing, having a presence and be confident to share and collaborate. How to ask the right question at the right time, dealing with differences of opinion, challenging in a healthy way and effectively with authority. Up to 5 employees can attend the training sessions together if desired.
